Christy Riggs is a CO, WY, IN, and AZ Licensed Architect and the founder of 308 LLC. She leads the practice with a focus on design integrity, spatial clarity, and material precision. Her work reflects a belief that well-executed environments elevate daily experience—whether in a private home, a boutique hotel, or a dining space.

 308 LLC operates with a disciplined, concept-driven methodology. Each project begins with a clear architectural idea and is carried through with attention to proportion, material, and execution.
